CHOIR OF 'THE OTHER'
into the abyss past the precipice beyond even The Void
I am immersed in the memory-dreams of previous sorrow still vaguely haunting me
the ebb and flow of faint echoes whisper passively through my shrouded chambers
no uninhabited dwellings within my hypnotic Thought-dom no empty passageways through my obscured Emotion-Region
the chasms of my mind are filled to capacity with longing lined with a thick film of recollection veiled under numerous layers of remembrance
though I am in the present at times I am not of the present yet do I view the tinge of promise in colored clouds through this traced-silver-pearl vapor of the past
hidden yet not isolated tearful sighs...mournful cries subtly undertone their mirrored antiphons of playful laughter...pleasured moans
swathed in the salty tear-elixir cleansed in my ephemeral crying I intuitively melt into the CHOIR OF 'THE OTHER'
'the other' phantom voices that beckon within my somber fog 'the other' specter choruses that muse with their perplexing ventriloquism
not of ominous loss never of sinister doom rather offering companionship to my lone sojourn somewhat evoking courage in my healing voyage
saturated of nostalgia darkened melancholy nocturnes dimly allude to pensive yet compelling catharsis as I venture onward with hesitation
the theme and composition of this 'Symphony Of The Far-Away' bids me to continue still further inward through a deeper 'Unknown'
yet mystically it seems 'Known' diffused yet somehow coherent as if those for whom I yearn are not all-together absent
simply of a different Time-Dream purely in another Celestial-Trance momentarily separated by an illusion of being beyond or above the here-and-now
per se the CHOIR OF 'THE OTHER' is an aspect of me that Sleep-Travels between the dimensions of 'Being-ness' or in the shadowed layers of Solitude and Infinitude
the familiar oral transmissions within these vivid voices of my beloved ones are not 'the other' mementos of Some-one else or 'the other' relics of Some-when apart
they are OF me ... I am OF them ...

Thank You, Lauren...Sabrina...
Yes I have more. Some completed...some still in progress each one now has a copy-righted title (Thank GODDESS my publisher seems to enjoy my work, as they 'log' it immediately upon arrival.)
Your kind words of appreciation touch me very deeply... this more shadowed work is engulfing me as of late...seems to have a 'life' all its own.
I hope both of you have more... your 'tones' and 'moods' are astonishing in their poignant quality.
PLEASE...MORE ! MORE ! 'NIM'elancholy

You're welcome and thank you, too, Nimz! [waves to the gang] Nim'eloncholy? What are we to do with you? To make jolly spread cross your countenance? Should we send for the King of France? Or would you rather see more than one tiny pony, dance and prance? Perhaps, Carrot top would crack you up? As for me, Carlos Mencia does the trick... And Eddie Izzard is so funnily slick... Sit back...Channel a comedian... And you'll be laughing, before you know it... NarlyNir.

UN-UTTERED
I have not gone silent ~ only my outer vocal utterances have momentarily ceased ~ my inner voice is as always softly echoing assurance through Nautilus-Like spiral portals of my being ~ though they remain un-uttered

Jeffrey, my 'sweets',
Why is the top poem CHOIR OF 'THE OTHER' not in your folio called "Shadow-Visions" ? Or are you still wondering if it is a valid piece ?
I think this is a mind-boggling piece of work. You have another poem that it would go very well with; YOUR FINAL PHOTOGRAPH. And maybe linking the two up will convince you.
This poem makes so much sense to me since my grandparents went back to God. It reaches the depth of mourning that I've felt; gently and intuitively.

Jeffrey, In reply to your request, I am attempting to place this up-dated version of UN-UTTERED in here for you. I like this re-titled version better. It has more meaning. TRANQUIL
I have not gone silent

only my outer vocal utterances may have momentarily ceased

for my inner voice is as always softly echoing assurance

through the multitude of nautilus-like spiral portals hidden in my being

where it remains tranquil

It worked, Jeffrey. Found it in your word documents, and I used your directions on how to do this in your style and your color choice. You wrote out the directions nicely, easy to understand. And this way I've learned more about those handy special features.

i absolutely must have a copy of that first poem. Jeff, it brings back all the reminders of when we lost Aunt 'El' and Uncle 'Jimminy'. you must still really miss your parents. I know i do.
say by the way, 'Cuz', why do you not talk about Ingra? or even mention that she had been writing in this site? let it out, my dear. then let it go. don't keep it all bottled up inside you.
anyway, your poetry is really different and good.
