~*Darkly excellent poeming, S'fir. Thought provoking poetical offering, Sammyantha...
Ya'll got more, ladies? [sound of a whip cracking...t-he] I think I feel an itch to write something inspired by the reading of both of you...Let's see...These days, I seem to be in a bit of a cypherical malaise mode...In other words, I feel like I'm slogging through an intellectual morass of molasses in my head...I can think...It just doesn't feel like I can think...ggglgggl...
Does that make sense? Or did I just go, nirleft field on you? hehehe...

Without darkness...
There would be nothing
to compare the lightness to...
Therefore, lightness wouldn't be lightness...
It would be there, twenty-four-seven...
Noon to Noon...Eleven to Eleven...
No gloriously silvered moon...
Just the evil glare of the eye searing sun...
Til the day we all turned to a crisp
and were pronounced done...
We wouldn't call lightness,
lightness without the darkness...
We'd call it hell...H-E-double L, hell...
Don't get me wrong,
lightness has it's place...
But, if we all laughed,
twenty-four-seven,
we'd sound
like a herd
of blithering
maniacs...
Course,
one can't cry
twenty-four-seven, either...
As that type of dither, bespeaks
of a major attack of p.m.s.,
at it's best worst...
Best to cry a bit...
Then laugh bit...
And sing each moment
in between or better yet,
bust out ginning and spinning
a poem about any and everything...
The darkness, the lightness
and every color, shade and hue,
betwixt and between the two...

"Grant me the serenity, to accept the things I cannot change...
Courage to change the things I can...
And the wisdom to know the difference..."
The words God, at the beginning, and amen at the end,
are optional in my case...ggglgggl...Apathetic indifferentist
that I am...LOL...Sabrina.
