these eyes, which stare with vacant direction back into my own, have no remorse cold displeasure trails over my skin recoiling from touch, images entwine themself into mind laughing in twisted echoes dark shadows, draw closer sinking lower into a hole of depression unseen in the corners, blanketing myself away from light touch... eyes blink, shading themselves from you a reflection, I don't want too see a voice, I don't want too hear created by the rejection constantly adorned with fist curled, a mirror is shattered blood curdling red, splashing against the floor a brief release of this pain these eyes, stare with vacant expression words fall without sound from my lips, I HATE YOU

Hate is like an ingrowing toenail...
You will feel the pain.

Hate is just another four letter word! Nothing I haven't dealt with before or ever seem to hear the end of.... When will it end? I offer my heart, my hand... Take this life I give you and live it the best way you possibly can... Who can do more?

I Hate You is an honest portrayal of an emotion, no one wants to own... But, that we've all felt, at least once, in our lifetime, for someone or something...HATE... Coming to the point of hating someone, is often the gateway for growing away from what is a toxic relationship at best, if the other person, has brought you to hating them...Does that make sense? In other words, I don't think hate is a bad thing, initially...It's a good thing if once you voice and own the emotion, you move on and away from it...Otherwise, yes, it becomes a metaphorical ingrown toenail... But, ain't nothing to hate about this poem, Soul...Excellent writing, as usual...Got more? Nir.
