it's been a while

it's been a while since i last checked in. i just wanted to say hi and say that my absence isn't permanent. i've been working on the new book and just said "finished!" today. it'll be 40 new poems and the only thing remaining to be done is to wait for the introduction to be written.
if everything goes as planned the book should be out by the end of august.

hi sabrina;
actually, with the exception of putting the new book together i haven't been doing any writing at all. taking a break and reading for the umpteenth time my wonderful collection of Proust that kathy got me years and years ago for christmas. every now and then i get in the mood for his never ending sentences. he helps me recharge the batteries. by the way, the new book will be called SHOOT THE MOON.
