the dark clouds move rapidly across the skies rain drops fall relentlessly upon the ground wind blows incessantly as i watch transfixed in awe when a storm brews i become glued to the window i listen to the moan of the wind through the trees i hear the rain drops beat upon the roof and window i watch as the clouds keep moving rain torrents down when a storm brews i become glued to the window as the storm intensifies i hear the howls of the wind it tears into the trees with force it rattles the windows things begin to fly around and bang into my house when a storm brews i become glued to the window i retreat to my bed with the covers to my chin my head buried i lay there listening to the rain and the wind imagination wild sometime during the night after i had fallen asleep it all stopped when a storm brews i become glued to the window

Wonderfully described. I too am glued to the window, love inclement weather. Well, all except for snow storms, not much to see there anyway, just white. You have a now familar style now, I enjoy your work very much. Always Vixen

Great visuals you have drawn here... I am too one of those people who are energized by storms, and you have expressed that experience wonderfully!

Adore all the animated landscapes of Nature...But, thunderstorms are my especial favorite... As long we don't get hail or tornadoes dropping out of the skies...Don't get much snow, here...So, snowstorms, are a fun, if rare treat for Texans. We have the puniest snowmen, women and children you will ever see, here...LOL...But, it's the truth...Ya'll have a great weekend and take care...And yes, Peg, to have a distinctive style is a gooood thing, darlin'! Sabrina.

Good one, David and how very true! You are a part of a group of one of kind. I liked that. Delighted to have you and your works lining the halls of this little house of poetry, Peg! Just keep slamming them and we'll keep reading them! Nir.

It's like the scene in Monty Python's 'Life Of Brian'
Brian addressing the multitude:
"Your not a multitude, you're all individuals!"
And the Multitude rise as one:
"We're not a multitude, we're all individuals!"
he he ;D
