Well that all depends on where abouts in Australia you're talking about. Over here in topsy turvey land, if you live up North ( where I am ) , you get the heat, humidity and general ickyness but if you live down South then you get the snow, sleet, frost and toey tingling coldness

saw more snow
and ice this winter
than i wanted to...
but, even so,
so much less,
than some people...
you should all hate me,
at this very moment, though...
as this past week in Texas...
the weather has been outrageously glorious!
our spring really starts in early February...
even if we get another freeze or two...
a couple of my house windows are open,
even at this moment, letting in the fresh air...
we pay for that early spring though...
by mid-May, it's already mid-summer
temperature wise, here...
we're hitting triple digits
and turning on the air conditioners...
and just thinking about July through September
and later, makes my blood pressure rise...
as the electrical bill climbs to equal footing
with the veritable skies...heat ripples in waves
from the pavement, dust swirls as drought
sets in and cracks open in the earth,
that will trip you up if you're not careful...
and now i've rambled poetically, long enough...
therefore, i'm shutting up with my trite spill of tripe...LOL...

Well, heck!!

Let me do my weather, too!!!

It is actually beautiful outside right now. But!!! And I mean But, by evening we are expecting rain and lots of it. They said tomorrow almost blizzardy weather here. Then on Sunday everything is changing and we are expecting snow!! How about that??

So, basically I am wearing a sweat shirt, holding an umbrella and toting a coat. ha

or merely blanket us in sleet
taking away the dancing heat waves
marching along dirt furrowed drive way
giving me a reason too wrap up in bed -
but it's too hot and the air con is broke
