Dreary though some might find you,
I am at a loss with the beauty before me,
spiralling colours and enigmic swirl
of foliage and flowers
gathering in heaps at my feet
soft vibrant greens turning into shades of
brown, red and yellow;
dreary ? I think not.
Rather;
a kaleidoscope of rainbow hues
ever shifting and dancing in rays of
sun and shade
