This is somewhat of a poetical charades game. Any movie, play, television or book character is ours for cypherical metaphorical pillagement and fun in this game.
There are no rules as to poeming form or style...Simply describe the character, poetically...We must guess the character and/or the film, play, television, or book title the character was in...
We may take turns, by whom ever guesses it right, throws out the next charade; or if that person is uninspired, whomever is inspired throws the next one out...Turn taking is sort of loose in this game, as the next turn is more inspired by whomever feels inspired to throw out the next poetical clue poem for the rest of us, to guess at...Make sense? Hang in there...If this thread gets going, it can be a lot of fun and a creativity sparker...
I will lead out as I'm the only one in here right now...LOL...And to give an example poem...It sounds more confusing to play than it is...Do indicate at the end of the poem, whether the character, or setting, etc...is from a movie, play, book or television show...As well as any other hints you may feel inspired to share, if it's a harder character to guess...players, may also ask for hints...it's is up to the charadist as to whether or not they wish to give further hints...
~*~
Low crowned, easy maintenance, battered straw hat, with a rolled brim.
A well lived-in, wrinkled, pale powder blue suit.
Comfortable walking shoes, to boot.
If you saw him on the street, he could have been any Tom, Dick, Harry, or Joe Blow.
Except for the gleam of rampant curiosity, shining from his shrewd, raisin hued, eyes.
A camera case, hanging from a shoulder strap. A small spiral and pen, tucked in his pocket. A recorder, in his hand; as he trekked the land.
A philosopher. A narrator of reality and nightmare.
A story, he'd chase anywhere. The darker the alley, the better. Man nor monster, this man, could frighten or deter.
If you were he, who would you be, if you said to yourself, who am I?
~*~
genre--television.
dare ya'll to play...

errr.. driving miss daisy? i'll cut you into pieces one day, sabs! LOL *I can't resist the urge to say, be a pal, DG, just be sure I'm dead before you start cutting me into pieces, someday...LOL...driving miss daisy? no cigaro, senorita...It's the old movie, Lil' Abner... And the character I described was the looney granny lady... remember the crazy boots, the pipe and her penchant for a snoot of corn squeezin's? and she was about the only female in the movie that didn't run around in daisy duke shorts and polka dotted, knotted tops...Adored the movie Driving Miss Daisy....

make this one mad... off with your head! lose your job, your on loan threads, and your career, to boot...
queen of hearts in alice in wonderland hasn't got anything on this prima donna diva and her merciless streak...
Helen Gurley Brown might have been the mentor for approaching this character...
~*~
genre: newer movie title...LOL...

Big grins you folks playing are giving me with your participation in either guessing or creating your own riddlistic offering...
