broken plate of a moon rises over a horizon comprised of the tangled shadows of tree crowns and the points of rooftops
amorous crickets in the mood for romancing serenade Luna's ascension to the throne of the heavens
quietly, I move through the dark shushed by the beauty of it all reminded why I prefer the elegance of evening to the brassy, blaring brightness of daytime
