To Wonder
I like to meditate and contemplate on non-duality,
but my body, mind and Spirit make me wonder if I'm three.
My Heart seeks Love, my body life, my mind seeks liberty.
It's only when I turn within to Oneness that I'm free,
To wonder if the Heart is the origin of mind,
to wonder if the mind creates Your great design,
to wonder if this world is the garden for the ME,
this Material Extension tasked to Live and Love for Thee.

I'm so glad to hear that my words can calm someone. Most of the time I think I write to calm myself. I'm struggling "again" with all this trump crap. It's like I'm blind to the hole I keep falling into, because everything is temporary (I know) but this just seems endless. Maybe because it is endless, the turning and returning cycle of another despotic age.
Later:
I started to delete the negative comments above that came from a fearful mind, and instead turned away to a bigger picture of an age that is finally ending, not returning. It's going out in chaos and suffering, and good riddance. I have my Heart set on a new age that will wash the old one away.

Yes, many of us, are right there with you, sweet Heart. I know it is March now that I am replying, but, I so feel your pain and your hope and am very glad you left it all. I was remarking to a work associate at lunch just this week, how nice it was not to hear his name, anymore. Or see all the violence in the streets his regime created over his four years in office. Not to see his face all over social media and his tRumpites trumpeting their ignorance for all to see, both there and in person on the streets.
For what happened on January 6th the monster deserves to swing.
I do not believe suddenly America will be perfect now that it is gone and its followers are crawling back underground, but, I know it will be better than the past four years that felt like forty while we endured tRump, his regime/administration and his frothing tRumpites.

Non-duality in trinity is a most excellent paradox it'll blow off the socks of people with more bounded, limited minds
Existence is a sheet of bronze, two different substances alloyed together to create a new, strong thing, It wouldn't take much to infuse it with yet a third metal
Life is just one big ole mass of everything in the universe alloyed together.
