Dreaming comes in the early flicker of morning, the speckled light teases lightly at my plight my mind snatches at what remains of the dark fading from what's left of visible reality Before I sink into oblivion
There you are... waiting, with outstretched arms Healing the hurt, fighting nightmares rebirth unconscious of myself clinging to stars Your eyes find mine, blank and unseeing yet you are my guiding light -
Sanction I find with you no longer I need to fight Death comes to me , kisses my cheek I become fitful within my sleep your arms gather me closely, As I become weak
Dreaming comes to my mind, but I can't find what I hope to see I can feel you rocking me, in silent patience together we travel empty space Counting the sands of time as I fall into fitful dreams

Surrender my heart too the cool wind of night, let it cradle away the hurts and deception No longer can I dream of you - without the fear and hatred fueled by Your touch leaching into my veins, and by the time the rays if the sun have touched me, The cold frost of winter will already have invaded and what were the last parting strands of Warmth in the stone you call a heart
