I've always stood up against that which didn't feel right...
Even if that standing strong caused me to be knocked out, my ribs broken and I lost the fight...
I've never been afraid of the dark of night. But, instead feared the light of day, which starkly exposes the shadows of blighted souls, often leaving me me running scared inside, blood coldly flowing to the congealing point...
The piss and vinegar woman in me wants to curl up in a ball like an abused little girl, today... Wishing like a fool, I could make it all go away by closing my eyes and pretending monsters don't exist, when I know full well they do...
Often arriving, in human form...

The fear only makes us stronger. and with words like these those who have gone through the same circumstances can know they aren't alone. So I applaud you for that Sabrina! and another applause for the just outstanding writing. ~ Troy
