Alledgedly, she tied her husband to the bed where once had lain their shared connubial bliss...
She stabbed him, not once; not twice; not even thrice... But, one multiplied by one hundred and ninety-two times...
You have to wonder...Don't you? What in hell did he do to her, over and over through the years, that inspired this righteously indignant unleashing of biliously, bitter anger and total retaliation?
An effluvient volcanic spewing of emotions held in abeyance, judging from the savagery of her attack against him...The man, she once claimed to love in sickness and in health...
I shall always maintain murder isn't politically correct, much less the right way, to end a fight...
But, you have to wonder... What did she suffer, at his hands... What did she live with and through, upon his whims and commands?
For often, when a woman kills her lover in this manner... He was a monster that drew this ire from her and deserved the unholy hell he raised within her, and the monster he created, that became his very own judge, jury and executioner...

Very thought provoking, questions the right and wrong and the cause and effect very well. We all have that point in us when enough is enough. Brilliant! ~ Troy

Thanks for the read, Troy. The piece is inspired by the Sharon Wright case. And yes, totally agree...We all have a point within us, where enough is enough...Sabrina.
