Members are most welcome to use avatars in their profiles. There are some preloaded which you can find in the drop down menu in your profile section. You are also welcome to use your own custom avatars, alternatively there are may websites where you can download a wide range for free. One good site we have found Is at www.allavatars.com. but sure there are many more. You can also cut and paste images into the body of your posts but try to keep them to a reasonable size. In order to post custom avatars and images you will need to host them online. If you have your own website or page that’s fine. If not sign up for a free account at photobucket.com/ or somewhere similar. Then upload your pics from your hard drive. Once there all you need to do is cut and paste the relevant http: code for your avatars or the image code for pics. Play around! Have fun and be creative!Forum Access. There are two ways to access the forum. Through the various links on our site at www.poetryseasons-online.netOr the direct forum link at zephyl.proboards86.com/The website and the forum are on different servers, so if the website goes down you can still reach the forum okay. In addition there is a help section accessed from the menu bar. If you experience any problems send us an email at: admin@poetryseasons-online.net and we'll do our best to respond. To my knowledge there is no difference. It's just the way the Proboard software interprets.

If you have a pick you want to use, you can upload it to a server online such as photobucked then copy and paste the HTML code into your profile. The size cannot be more than 100X100 pixels.
If you have a pic you particulary want to use, email it to me and I would be happy to display it for you.
Regards, David

Hey!! What the heck is an invisible user? What would be the difference between invisible and guest? Sam ~*~
The difference between an invisible user and a guest, is that an invisible user is an actual member *logged in* using the invisible user option to be found on the modify profile page... The problem with using this feature, is one only remains, "invisible" til one post somewhere on the forum...Then the cat is out of the bag and it's obvious one is flying "invisible" and which one of us, it is...LOL..."Invisible" just means your name doesn't show up at the bottom of the page, when you're logged in...It just says "invisible user"...
A guest is anyone, including members, that is on the forum WITHOUT having logged in, yet. Anyone can be a guest, a reader, a voyuer LOL until they log in...So, we all appear as guests, until we log in...
So, was that any help, Sammy? Sometimes I use the invisible user feature when I'm in here, if I have alot of pm's, so that I can read and reply to the pm's I find in my message box, without appearing to be in here and just ignoring everyone working and playing out on the actual boards...I used this feature alot through parts of January and most of Februay...It was probably me, you wondered who the heck is that invisible user...LOL...Sabrina.
