she loves daisies
i’m not very good at remembering that.
on those rare occasions when i DO bring flowers it’s usually roses, or those 3 dollar bundles from the market.
never daisies.
and never at the right moment.
it’s usually for something i did,
forgot to do,
or should have done.
and when it IS daisies…
when i’m putting them in a vase and adding water,
i can’t help thinking about
bees.

Touching poeming, Yam. It's not what flower the man brings, but that he brings anything, be it roses, three dollar bundles, or daisies, for whatever reason... Just because, or just because...Nir.

i get put down a lot by people who say my poems are about nothing...but i disagree. they're just about very tiny things that are important to me.

The little things in life are always the most important, example. My grandbabies's giggle, my dog sitting under her leash barking, an insesant reminder she want s a walk. Little moments are the best. Vixen

your dog...i think one of the most relaxing and wonderful things in the world is the sound of a sleeping dog.
