Light and Grace
Turning from me, I awaken to see a whole new world on this path to Thee, Where I feel only humbleness in being a part, no pride in self that keeps us apart.
I feel so content as I watch this world share that gone is my need to measure and compare. I feel so grateful to be embraced by You that desires to be different are released as untrue.
I feel no fear as I turn from me, just forgiveness and trust in the world of we, This awe-filled present mind and place that is opened and turned to Your Light and Grace.

Like Sergosa, I am not particularly religious, but, regardless, I find something refreshing in your pieces. I am beguiled with your wonderment of it all and your manner of expressing such, through the written word, specifically, the written word of poetry...Thank you for sharing, Heart!

Hi, dear lady! Probably I amaze you but I did the same with myself yet - your works, some of them, sounds for me like revelations ... Thank you. S.

I am really grateful for your comments. My only desire has been that people turn to their own Hearts to experience a Love that can change their mind and therefore change their world. I am not speaking of an emotional love coming from the mind or body, but a Divine Love that lives in every Heart (no matter the religion). As Moseley said, there should be a better word for it, but all I can call it is Love. If religion can't change our mind, I believe the Heart can.

and so your words do reach deep into our hearts....where we of age and wisdom have found was always there...but our youth did not recognize what our hearts now know to be the truth...the older i get the more i see of what i always knew but was to blind to see or to busy trying to survive....surprising what wisdom we seem to know as we get older....i wonder if we only found out now because we have the time to really think about things
i like your words, i like the way they make me dwell on the concepts i knew were there good job peg

Peg - I see you're online, so I'll thank you in person (ha). I liked your comments about always knowing, but too blind to see. How true. I could write a lengthy explanation there, but I'll retreat. Thanks again.

dont ever feel you have to retreat on comments to me....we who are over 60 come from like backgrounds and share many of the same ideas only expressed differently....it is always refreshing for me to communicate with one who is in the same age group as me....you are very welcome
