Fruitless to tilt at spent windmills
Illogical to battle anything beyond ones own inner realm
There will always be someone with a private agenda on a quest to make your life a mess, put you in your place, take you down a peg, or two or three or four... Simply because you take up space!
So. Hey, reverse psychology! Learn to crave the shoe at your throat and face- Love can build a bridge they say- pain can be a bridge, a bridge to something more across which we race
Beyond, far beyond this stifled mountain of crippled and shared misconceptions- theirs...Yours...Mine...Ours...
What? Listen! Fruitless to tilt at spent windmills...

How did I miss this? This sounds like someone taking a stand against whatever it was that made them "tilt" off center, ready to just keep walking on, in spite of what stop signs life puts up. Love this!! Exalt!

could Dulcinea be unaware of the imaginings of herself from another's perspective?

Thanks Heart and Mose, for your reads and comments. I think, if I remember correctly, I was originally inspired by rascism and reverse rascism when I did this one...I've been dealing with some reverse rascism issues at work and with my RA or PA diagnosis, I decided, I've got my own inner battles to fight, as we all do. Let the ignorant continue to tilt at spent, tattered windmills to make excuses for all that they are not...And thanks for the exalt, darling Dora!
