We sometimes get what we deserve- we call that 'life.'
Sometimes shit lands on us that we do not deserve- that is 'injustice.'
Sometimes we get better than what we deserve- that is called 'grace.'
Life is beautiful and glorious
(until it's not)
Seek what is good for you relentlessly
Look for your heaven on Earth, the place where you can thrive
Your life can be a garden lush and green, bursting alive
not 'name it and claim it'
but 'identify it and quest for it'
Maybe you think you don't deserve what's happened in your life, and that may well be true--
I'll reserve that judgement for you and you alone. But remember this, there are always choices.
Some choices are hard to see, harder still to execute. True life is change and that can make our lives difficult.
But I firmly believe no matter what the obstacle, there is the possibility of a pole vault.
it may not be what you think,
or think you want or desire,
but it is there
Somewhere, in the hidden places and possibilities in life
is a life of meaning waiting for us all.
