Reach in deep
to the core of your soul
because there dwells the fount of living water
there the divine awaits
not somewhere off in the clouds
abstract and aloof
God is lving with you
under your roof
God knows you like the lover of your soul he is,(she, god emcompasses all gender Genesis 1:27)
he sees all of you, from nowhere is he barred
he knows your petty and angry side,
and every secret you hide in shame
and he knows the fear that imprisons you
so don't ever insult him by trying to offer the "right"
words
if they are not meant
they are not heard!
But be of good cheer
God holds you dear
we are his babies
he swaddles in his love
as we are!!!
not only if we can be pure as a dove!!!
This world is a world of shadow and light
background and foreground
contrast is the very nature of this existence
only when we shed this mortal coil
do we become only light
after we pass through
that darkness of night.
God is calling us
to rise
to grow
to walk
and to ride on angels wings
into his embrace
and the core of our souls is that meeting place!!!
