East and West
Light rises in the East opening my Heart, and I awaken.
Darkness settles in the West closing my mind, and I sleep.

but then, now that it is in my hands, I am not sure how to go forward with it...as reasoning is the last thing I can do and cannot win if I do...drats, have to leave it set, for it is a milestone, I do not own.

Oh, my, my, Glenn! I am going to have to come back as Vulture and smack an exalt on this one. Already bequeathed my daily exalt option, otherwise...Adore this haiku. Beautiful. It just is...

Just thoroughly enjoyed re-reading everyone's haiku offerings. Read one right after the other, they seem as if they are part of an ongoing poem. Cool! Working, I whined I couldn't think of anything to write. Now, convalescing at home, I still find I can't think of anything to write. Perhaps, I am simply written out and have nothing else to say...lol...However, if that be so, it has not cooled my ardor for reading poetry. So, y'all "write on" and keep leaving your works to read. And as always, thanks millions for sharing on this forum, and I have just one question: Got more? ??
